Why text messages?

You’re busy.  Maybe it’s work. Or school. Or family. Or a combination of these things.  You don’t have time to go to a support group or spend time on the phone with a quit counselor.  Logging on to a website for help only lasts a short time.  But, text messaging is magical: the information and support comes to you throughout the day.  You don’t have to do a thing – just read the messages as they come to you.
